How long does it take to charge?

A full recharge takes approximately 2 hours using the included USB cable.

How do I know when it's charging or fully charged?

When charging, the LED indicator will display a solid red light. Once fully charged, it will turn green.

What happens when the battery is low?

The collar’s light will gradually dim as the battery runs low.

What materials are used?

The Shining Collar 2.0 is crafted with premium polyester webbing and features a sturdy buckle system for durability and comfort.

How many color options does it have?

The collar offers 14+ vibrant color modes including static, fade, and flashing options.

How do I turn the collar on or off?

Press and hold the power button to turn the collar off. To turn it back on, press the button once, and it will resume the last color setting used.

Can I customize or lock in a specific color mode?

Yes! Once you find your favorite color setting, simply power off the collar (hold the button), and it will remember that mode when turned back on.

What sizes are available?

We offer multiple adjustable sizes for small to large dog breeds. Please check our sizing chart before ordering.

Will the collar fit over another collar?

It’s designed to be a standalone collar, but it can be layered with certain harnesses or light gear if needed.

Is it safe for everyday wear?

Absolutely! We do recommend though to mainly use it for nightly walks or events like camping. It’s lightweight, secure, and built for daily walks, runs, and play sessions.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day exchange policy for any product that is defective or not functioning as intended. Refunds will only be issued if:

• The product is proven faulty.
• It is returned and received in good condition.

General dissatisfaction or accidental orders do not qualify unless the product is returned.
