🐾 FAQ – The Shining Collar 2.0

  • A: Our LED collars are completely waterproof and durable enough for swimming, rain, snow, and all your dog’s outdoor adventures . No need to take it off when they hit the water!

  • A: Each collar comes with a USB charging cable. A full charge takes about 1 hour and lasts up to 8–10 hours depending on the mode (steady, flashing, etc.).

  • A: The Clip Light features two attachment options: a durable carabiner-style clip for quick on-and-off use, and a flexible wrap clip that securely fastens around your dog’s collar for a snug, low-bounce fit. Both options make it easy to use on most collar styles.

  • A: Not at all! It’s ultra-lightweight and was designed with dogs of all sizes in mind, including the tiniest pups. We like to use the Loonie as a close comparison!
